On July 4th 2008 we opened to creatives the world over, an opportunity to design a Robot T-shirt and have it printed at the Terratag studios.
The response was fantastic:
All 35 designs were exhibited on the Terratag website, the winner chosen by the public casting a vote for their favourite design. The winning design was announced on August 22nd and printed as a limited edition T-shirt. The winning designer won £250 and 10 T-shirts featuring their design.
The winner is JAMIE BURBIDGE with his Mad Hatter Machine.

About the Artist~~Jamie Burbidge
I am a 22 year old illustrator who just graduated from London College of Communication. My aim in this white washed art world is to make someone take more than a momentary glance from there busy lives to really pay attention to what is in front of them, releasing them from the constraints of reality. This is only possible through the articulation of the small details backed up by a vivid imagination. physical daydreaming. The picture is called The Real Mad Hatter.

Based on the novel 'Alice in Wonderland' I have concocted my own interpretation of the Mad Hatter. An inticing, robotic psychopath bent on not only confusing, but destroying Alice in all her innocent glory.

View all design~In all we were sent 35 designs. We were very pleased to see such a high standard from all those who submitted work.
Congratulations to Jamie Burbidge with his Mad Hatter Machine. In second place was Kai Lam and in third was Steph Jed, who will both be sent a Terratag T-shirt. All other entrants will be sent a Terratag T-Bag and Sticker Pack.
